When teachers or administrators purchase passes, register, or request access to our math engines, lesson slide generators, and Canvas QTI packages, we collect basic contact and licensing information (such as your name, school email address, and purchase tier). This information is used strictly to validate your software licenses, manage your account access, and provide technical support.

Canvas AI Grader & Student Data Privacy (FERPA Compliance)
If you utilize our Canvas AI Grader tool, protecting student data is our highest priority. The tool operates under a strict “Zero Data Retention” and privacy-first architecture:
- FERPA Anonymize Mode: By default, the application actively strips all student names and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from grading payloads before they are processed.
- No AI Model Training: We use enterprise-tier AI APIs. Student work submitted through the AI Grader is never used to train public or private AI models.
- No Data Storage: We do not permanently store, log, or own student submissions, grades, or feedback. Data is processed ephemerally in real-time to generate a rubric score and is immediately discarded.
- Secure API Handling: Teacher Canvas API tokens are never stored on our external servers or databases. They are only saved locally within the teacher’s own browser cache and are used exclusively to read the selected assignment and post the generated score.
