1. License Grants & Usage Rules
- Teacher Pass: Grants a single, individual educator a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the engines, generate materials, and create quizzes for their own classrooms. Sharing login credentials or pass access with other teachers is prohibited.
- Department Pass & School/District Passes: Granted to an entire department, school, or district as specified at purchase. Allows all authorized educators within that specific entity to access the tools, generate curriculum files, and import QTI packages into their respective LMS platforms.
2. Intellectual Property All underlying code, algorithms, interface layouts, and output structures associated with the Algebra 1 Engine and related math resource generators are the proprietary intellectual property of The 4th Quad. Users retain ownership of the specific quizzes and documents they generate for their students, but may not resell, repackage, or redistribute the engine software itself.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties Our curriculum engines and QTI packages are provided “as is” to assist educators in automating resource creation. While we strive for rigorous mathematical accuracy and seamless LMS integration, you are responsible for reviewing generated quizzes and slide decks prior to classroom deployment.
